[edit] spam
Dear Editor,
I think of my english page, http://english.comedyclips.nl as a free source of nfo about what the person in the subject does aswell as entertainment (which may not be noble, but many people have fun). I find it strange that you wave it away as commercial spam. The only ads on the comedyclips page are to keep down the costs somewhat. Clicking an ad is voluntarily. There is no membership involved of some kind, no in your face banners and no popups.
The Bol and Proxis links on the dutch page are put on the site as a service for my visitors and because I don't want to steal from the performers. I would like to see that people visit, watch and buy if they want to see more.
I do agree Wikipedia shouldn't be misused for commercial means. I do think on the other hand Wiki-editors tend to censore according to their own taste.
Best, Jan-Willem
It is against Wikipedia policy for you to add links to your own website, comedyclips.nl is your own website. Fraslet 19:44, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
Dear Fraslet. Fair enough.
Could I interest you in ComedyClips for some subjects and would you take a look at a few links if I would put them in this discussion for you to review? If you would, you may put them up as external link if you would find them suitable. Best, Jan-Willem
