This image on the DE wikipedia claims to be in the public domain: [1]. I don't think it is, but my understanding of copyright law was reference to US government sources is poor. If anybody can confirm it could they upload it to the commons, as it is a good pic. Yomangani^talk 22:46, 19 August 2006 (UTC)

As far as I have understood, pictures published by e.g. NOAA is free to use, many of the shark pictuers in wikipedia is from NOOA. So should be ok. Stefan 04:10, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
