Since the audio file was licensed as public domain, I've removed the advertisement/plug from the beginning and end of the file. I recompressed it at the same compression setting as the original (Ogg Vorbis compression level 5). Unfortunately, there was a little bit of noise in the source which got amplified a bit during recompression, but the quality difference is minimal.
