On Wang Jianmin, you converted an annon's {{afd|Fake article)}} to {{db-blank}}. However, the article was not blank. The annon commented out[1] the text of the article when they added the afd tag so that it wouldn't be visible. Given that a Google search shows multiple hits for this individual as a PRC officer (ex. http://www.chinavitae.com/biography/Wang_Jianmin/bio), I question the annon's claim of a hoax. It's possible it is, but I think the annon needs to provide some justification for that claim. If you want to convert it to a proper AFD, feel free, but this isn't speediable.
