- The facetious nature of the comment detracts from the seriousness of any evidence you proffer. Regardless of whatever colours the CDU itself is using this year, the colour that has long been associated with the CDU is black. As this template may be used with articles that go back historically to the 1940s, the colour with the historical resonance should be used. It is clear that to the majority of Germans black is the colour of the CDU otherwise the term Jamaica coalition or Schwampel would never have come into being. Valiantis 12:25, 26 October 2005 (UTC)
