Talk:James Spader
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
He attended Brooks Academy in Andover, where his parents both taught, and grew up on campus. i believe the citation of Pikes School is incorrectly quote from a magazine article.
As much as I agree, "most talented" could be considered point of view. Particularly when it seems it's preceded by weasel words. --Clementduval 00:52, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] ???? Yamla
I got a "last warning" for "vandalizing" this page!!! All I did was adding the photo. what's wrong Yamla?
[edit] Huh?
"Offbeat and private, Spader has always narrowly avoided mainstream success, but he is widely acclaimed as one of the most talented, albeit unwilling, actors of his generation."
How is he an "unwilling" actor? That makes no sense. The whole sentence is weird. Has he "avoided" mainstream success intentionally? Because that's what that phrasing sounds like. He doesn't want to be a successful actor...what, is it part of a prison work-release or something? I don't know a thing about this guy, but if no one has any objections, I'd like to take that sentence out, until someone else can figure out exactly what it's intended to say. -Randomglitter 01:22, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
