Laurie Stark

Laurie Stark was the winner of the Ms. Southern States bodybuilding championship held in 1988 (the competition was held in Miami, Florida). She was the representative for the AFWB (American Federation of Women Bodybuilders) and is notable for helping to develop the criteria for women's body building competitions. She was 112 pounds when she won the competition, having lost over 40 pounds beforehand in a four month training period.
