[edit] Summary
Thunderstorms during the North American Monsoon as seen from El Cajon, California. Thunderstorms during the monsoon rarely push beyond the Peninsular Ranges to the clear skies of the coastal strip.
Note: I plan to upload a better picture, if I can get one, later in the season. The season started a couple of weeks early this year and the monsoon was not very strong when this picture was taken. The picture was also taken a little late in the day so the clouds are already starting to dissipate.
