Warnborough College was founded in Oxford, England in 1973. Originally, it offered study abroad programmes to American students, but is now international.

Warnborough College UK (WCUK), based in Canterbury, England does not award academic degrees. It offers certificate, diploma, training and professional development programmes. It is an examination centre for the Educational Testing Service.

Warnborough College Ireland (WCI), based in Bray, Ireland, was founded in 1997 in the Republic of Ireland as Warnborough University. It changed its name to Warnborough College in 2005. It is currently applying for accreditation through the Higher Education and Training Awards Council.[citation needed]
