Hi Wittkowsky, and a warm welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you have enjoyed editing as much as I did so far and decide to stay. Unfamiliar with the features and workings of Wikipedia? Don't fret! Be Bold! Here's some good links for your reference and that'll get you started in no time!

Most Wikipedians would prefer to just work on articles of their own interest. But if you have some free time to spare, here are some open tasks that you may want to help out :

RC Patrol - Keeping a lookout for vandalism. Cleanup - Help make unreadable articles readable. Requests - Wanted on WP, but hasn't been created. Merge - Combining duplicate articles into one. Wikiprojects - So many to join, so many to choose from...Take your pick!

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Cloak-and-dagger film, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. Objection, Mylord. Have a look at a precise translation at: http://www.dict.cc/?s=mantel+und+degen+film This term definetely exists (and it's no babelfish-translation). ...and by the way: this request for deletion has not been entered to the respective Wikipedia:Articles for deletion-section, so it is irrelevant. And as the "Allmighty Trasheap" even knows this term it should be kept. --Wittkowsky 08:58, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

Objection sustained, as per the Wikipedia rules. Proposed deletions must not be listed on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, this is only the recommended step when someone objects and you still believe it should be deleted - which I do. Now that you objected I'll add it there, may take a day or two though. Btw, dict.cc is probably the worst dictionary on the web, sort of a translation wiki, just that it's much harder to get rid of bad entries. Well, if you think "cloak and dagger" in literature is something completely different you are free to add content of that kind to the article. But that missing is absolutely no reason to delete the article, it is just an incomplete article. And another "well", Google finds 618 entries with Cloak-and-dagger-film -wikipedia, not 255, with "Cloak-and-dagger film" -wikipedia 693 entries and with Cloak-and-dagger film -wikipedia about 200.000 (as of today). Seems to be "a bit" more relevant than you thought. --Wittkowsky 22:37, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
