Plantilla Discusión:USAsenadores

Otra ves con esto, mira es la misma plantilla que usamos en Wikipedia En. Lo hace facil a naviga dentro de articlos sobre Senadores de los Estados Unidos y hace las cosas que una categoría no puede en que empareja un senador con su estado y su partido. Cuál es el propósito de esto? Para que articlos con respecto a políticas estadounidense puedan seguir siendo trozos minúsculos? Estoy intentando difícilmente hacer los artículos políticos de los Estados Unidos mejores en este wiki y todo lo que encuentro es resistencia de ciertos miembros. También, no intiendo como se puede quitar la plantilla de los artículos de los senadores estadounidense antes que hay un consenso real a borrar.--Jersey Devil 20:33 20 jul 2006 (CEST)

Su gran trabajo se aprecia, naturalmente, pero los anglosajónes tiene la fiebre de las plantillas. Esta plantilla requiere muy mantenimiento. Creo borrar y hagar una lista o agregue las fechas o el número de congreso. :en suffers from template fever. This template requires a lot of maintenance. I suggest either deleting it - it seems rather unnecessary - and replacing with a lista de senadores estadounidense 2006-2010. Or set up the template in such a way that it requires minimum attention: rename it to reflect some relevant date or the congres number it applies to. Saludos Zanaqo (?) 20:58 20 jul 2006 (CEST)

Pues, si se forma un consenso en contra del plantilla no tengo ninguna opción pero para aceptar y respetar el consenso. Pero como yo dijo antes no creo que la plantilla is "innecesaria" y tiene cosas que una categoria no tiene como 1) lo hace más fácil navegar a paginas sobre senadores de los Estados Unidos, 2) identifica el estado que el senador representa, 3) identifica el partido que el senador representa, y 4) si hicimos una categoría titulada los "senadores de los Estados Unidos" no tendría la misma información porque esta plantilla demuestra a miembros actuales del senado mientras que esa categoría seria por todos los senadores que han servido.--Jersey Devil 01:10 21 jul 2006 (CEST)

P.S. Zanago, thanks for replying but seeing as you have "Es-0" infobox I might as well respond to you in English. I think that making a category for every single Senate/House of Representatives would have some problems. For one thing, as I said above it lacks info showing the party and state that the politicians represent. Second, it makes needless overlapping. Edward Kennedy has served the Senate since 1962 meaning that he has served various terms, under those conditions we would have to add several categories in his article "109th Congress, 108th Congress, nth Congress" which would jumble up quite a bit. Furthermore, such a category would not show if a person served out his full term or not. Jon Corzine for instance served part of his Senate term but left to become Governor of New Jersey and appointed Robert Menendez to his Senate post, so this would make both Corzine and Menendez members of the "109th Congress" despite the fact that both entered and left at the different times within the same term. Such a category would fail to list such terms but a template would only be used to show real-time membership of the Senate. This template would also be good in showing party shifts by simply changing the highlighted color over the text of a Senator.--Jersey Devil 01:22 21 jul 2006 (CEST)

creo que una lista es muy mejor por tal información. I think multiple categories is not a big problem, and a list supplements the categories. So we could have links in the article, maybe in an infobox, to the list of the congress members, which also can clearly identify party-shifts and by-elections. One advantage is one doesn't have to update both the plantilla and the relevant article.

This is imperative for the maintainability of the articles. For instance on nl:Nijmeegse Vierdaagse 2006 (Four Days March of Nijmegen) it says [The march of 2006] coïncided with the second heat wave in that year, eventhough it happened only yesterday and it's still 2006: the article is prepared for the future.

Siento mucho el trabajo que ha hecho creado esta plantilla, pero, en mi humilde opinión, usar esta plantilla es extremandamente difícil para mí e incluso me provoca cierto daño a la vista el uso de tantos colores. Yo no sabría navegar por ella, es muy confusa para mí y recomendaría enormenmente una manera alternativa de visitar los enlaces --jynus (discusión) 00:41 4 ago 2006 (CEST)
