Lewis Milestone (lahir dengan nama Lev Milstein) (30 September 1895-25 September 1980) merupakan seorang sutradara berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia menyutradarai film mereka ialah Two Arabian Knights (1927), All Quiet on the Western Front (1930), Of Mice and Men (1940), Ocean's Eleven (1960) dan Mutiny on the Bounty (1962).
Milestone dilahirkan di Kishinev, Moldova. Dia pergi ke Amerika Serikat untuk Perang Dunia I.
