Because I know "no word" of Albanian, my account will be used only for adding interlanguages links (interwikis) in the articles, not for writing articles...

Maybe you will prefer to change the names of the project and of the categories (Albanian names) or keep English names.
The name of the "mother category" (Users by language) was chosen because I know no word of your language. If you prefer to change, the number of subcategories (User de, User en, User fr, User sq and User sq-0) is not very high at the moment).
I have searched for a Fundamental category, but did not find it.
