In fact, feel free to investigate the BHC and what cities and areas reporters cover...Bristol,Va, Bristol,TN Wise,VA Washington CO, VA Sullivan Co.,TN......hardly the news source of the Tr-Cities
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bristol_Herald_Courier
BHC is the dominant news source for the Tri-Cities.....this is false. I live in the Tri-Cities. Where do you live?
Bristol paper has a smaller circulation than the other two and half of its readers are in Virginia. The BHC is owned by Richmond company and skews toward virginia coverage much more than anything in Johnson City or Kingsport. BHC is in no way popularly extended to the Tri-Cities and to say so is plain false. Each paper has a circulation area of the city it serves and some in the corresponding county. In fact, it is ridiculous to suggest that a paper with the smallest circulation of the three and half of that coming in Virginia is predominant in the Tri-Cities. This is evidence that you are not from around here and do not know what you are talking about. There is no paper for the whole Tri-Cities and each respective paper in the Tri-Cities makes its own endorsements.
BHC is the dominant news source for the Tri-Cities. Those other papers are popular in their respective towns, but the BHC is extended to the entire Tri-Cities area. None of those other papers extend outside of their sourced towns. Therefore, the BHC is the predominant newspaper for the Tri-Cities, because it is the only newspaper popularly extended to the Tri-Cities. KnoxvilleMoose 04:44, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
Bristol=Bristol Herald Courier, Johnson City= Johnson City Press, Kingsport= Kingsport Times News....This is the Tri-Cities but each city has its own paper and its own endorsements

[edit] Corker endorsements
I think almost all of the newspaper endorsements of Corker are now listed in the article. I (and another editor) was reverting your edit because you not only added more endorsements, but you also removed sourced material from the article. I assume it was inadvertent. If it wasn't, I recommend discussing the removal of sourced material on the article's talk page before removing it in the future. Your recent contribution(s) to Tennessee United States Senate election, 2006 did not provide specific references or sources. Keeping Wikipedia accurate and verifiable is very important, and as you might be aware there is currently a drive to improve the quality of Wikipedia by encouraging editors to cite the sources they used when adding content. Editors may choose to remove material you have contributed if it is not verifiable. Please provide specific references in your contributions to any books, articles, websites or other reliable sources that will allow people to verify the content. You can use a citation method listed at inline citations that best suits each article. Thanks! Stealthound 22:00, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
