User talk:24.44.93.71

Arafat is a killer. Period. He killed Jews and Muslims.
6-12-06 So, Mingus has a monopoly on truth, and what I say is merely vandalism? What crap.

[edit] Elaboration and a little suggested wiki reading
- Regarding your edits on the Arafat page: on wiki, the standard editing policy informs us that simplistic, antagonistic and over-broad unsourced statements should be removed from the articles themselves (I will address user/user talk pages in a moment). Highly controversial pages (such as Yasser Arafat) are hit by scores of edits like the handful that you provided, but they are quickly removed by people like myself who are attempting to enforce established wiki principles. Try not to take offense, for the same thing happens to others who have made similar edits on pages belonging to controversial Israeli figures. If you still do not understand why I warned you, simply ask: I will explain my reaction to each comment if you wish.
- If you would like to have a fresh start on Wiki (that is, if you feel uncomfortable about the fact that there are a number of warnings on your talk page), I would suggest that you spend a good hour or so of free time exploring the Help:Contents page. In here, you will find information on standard wiki policies, and learn how to contribute without being labeled a vandal. After you have internalized this information, I would suggest registering; this would give you a bit of fresh start (for you would have your own name, and a fresh user talk page), but do remember: if you continue to insert comments like those you have contributed in the past, it will be very easy for any wiki member to find these warnings and ask admins to block you for repeated vandalism.
- Regarding user/user talk pages: Remember, I did not delete what you said on your user talk page, I restored the recent warnings that you deleted. This is a fairly standard practice on Wiki (that is, admins will do the same thing when they see that recent warnings have been removed). My newest warning was simply a repeat of the last. I hope that you continue to contribute to wiki, and that you will do so within the boundaries of wiki policy. --(Mingus ah um 20:08, 13 June 2006 (UTC))

Uh, I corrected the transposition of the year of birth and the year of death... This is vandalism? What is wrong here? 24.44.93.71 05:37, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
This is your last warning.

[edit] To good faith editors on this ISP
I'm adding this to explain to various folks who use this ISP in good faith to please ignore warnings that are not directed at you. An ISP is often used by many people (particularly at schools, etc) and if there are vandals that also use that ISP it often will be blocked. If you are so inclined, I invite you to register a username to help avoid being blocked.--C.lettingaAV 04:49, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Paula Abdul. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. - Gilliam 05:45, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
