Talk:Action of 1805
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Hoax?
- Why is no date given for the clash? It just says February 1805.
- Why is no exact location given?
- The Greenhill Napoleonic Wars Data Book, which has over 2,000 actions from 1792-1815 does not list this at all.

- Also Napoleon’s Regiments: Battle History of the Regiments of the French Army, 1792-1815 does not list any French Naval losses for February 1805 that match the ship names in the article. --Bryson 02:22, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- The original version of this page does not even say 'in the East'. That could just be a subsequent interpretation. -Gomm 05:17, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
