Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Peregrinefisher) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution image of the VHS box cover;
it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
it illustrates the film in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
this image was chosen because it represents the film as available today.
