All Party Alliance
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The All Party Alliance was a political party in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1967 by the well known writer John Creasey with the main policies of a national government, by the best members of each party, and the running of industry by councils including workers, managers, investors and the government as a means to avoid industrial action. He saw this as a path to prosperity and the eventual elimination of income tax.
In 1973, John Creasey died and the party was renamed the Independent Democratic Alliance. It stood its last candidates the following year.
