Balkinization (blog)

Balkinization is a weblog focused on constitutional, First Amendment, and other civil liberty issues created in 2003 by Jack Balkin, a professor of U.S. constitutional law at Yale Law School. The weblog has been critical of the Bush Administration's record on civil liberty issues in the Global War on Terror following 9/11. As of September 2006, the weblog has had approximately 1.4 million hits since its creation. [1]
