Barry McConnell (born Exeter, January 1st 1977) is a footballer, currently playing on non-contract terms with Southern League Premier Division side Tiverton Town. He is primarily a left sided midfielder.
He originally came through Exeter City's youth system in 1995, and was a first-team player for almost 10 years, featuring in a variety of positions.
Upon his departure in December 2005, he had a brief spell with Tamworth before moving to Forest Green Rovers whom he left at the end of the 2005-2006 season, and is now playing for Southern League Premier Division side Tiverton Town who he joined at the start of the 2006-2007 season.
