Fair use rationale - this image, bering_strait.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: 1) it is a low resolution copy of the back of the band's 2nd CD album; 2) it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way; 3) copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD; 4) the image is significant because it represents the most recent cast that existed right before Bering Strait's dissolution, as opposed to the image used in the article before, which featured a former member and cropped out an active member; 5) I have permission from band members to upload the image.
