Pay attention: "Black spring" is nowadys most commonly used referring to the events of spring 2001 in Kabylia (see what links here). Two articles on this subject already exist in it.wiki and in fr.wiki.
First of all, I doubt that, in the English-speaking world at least where it is primarily associated with the Miller novel. Secondly, and more importantly, something has gone wrong with the creation of the disambig page; Black Spring (novel) directs here.
