Blue Panorama Airlines is an airline based in Rome, Italy. It is a private airline operating scheduled and charter flights from Italy to various international destinations. Its main bases are Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport, Rome and Malpensa International Airport, Milan[1].

The airline was established in 1998 by Franco Pecci and started operations in December 1998. It was owned by Distal & Itr Group (66.6%) and Franco Pecci (33.4%) and is now the total property of Franco Pecci.[citation needed] It wholly owns the low-cost airline Blu-express[1].
