Kindly check this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hyderabad_%28India%29&action=history. On 12th Oct at 04:43hrs, you'd removed an external link (to some discussion forum) that you felt was an advertisement. However, whoever added that link (from the same IP address, 64.236.208.28) came back in a few hours and re-added that link, but this time by editing an existing link (to a local guide) that had been part of the page from earlier, and changing it to the link that was deleted by you.
