Brian Wilson (born March 16, 1982, in Londonderry, New Hampshire) is a Major League Baseball pitcher.
Wilson made his Major League Baseball debut with the San Francisco Giants on April 23, 2006, against the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. In his debut, Wilson pitched two innings and surrendered 2 hits and no runs while striking out three.
After just one Major League inning, Wilson was placed on the 15-Day Disabled List. When he was activated, he was optioned back to the AAA Fresno Grizzlies.
