California's 20th congressional district

California's 20th congressional district covers parts of Fresno, Kern, Kings, and Tulare counties. It is one of 53 California Congressional Districts. George W. Bush received 48% of the vote in this district in 2004. The district has a Cook Partisan Voting Index score of D +5.
