I changed "after a brief Gaul rule" to "After a brief spell under Gaulish rule." I'm not 100% sure if this is what the was meant by a "brief Gaul rule", but it is at least less ambiguous. I would be grateful if anybody could make sure I have got this right. - Ireneshusband 16:27, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

I changed thousands of cvilians to between 2,500 and 5,000. Its a more precise number and is more correct.Imbored24 08:26, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
