Churchill Theatre
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Churchill Theatre in the London Borough of Bromley opened in 1977 and seats 785. It is very successful commercially and acts as both a receiving and Producing house. Many Churchill Theatre productions transfer to the West End or tour nationally an example of this is some of the recent tours of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
[edit] Trivia
- The theater is built on the side of a hill which disguises the number and size of the lower levels and give the impression from the outside it is smaller than it actually is.
