Is this a real power?
Yes. Whoever wrote this article doesn't know very much, seeming to imply that it is outlawed everywhere in the US. There are quite a few states that specifically allow for Confession of Judgments. New Jersey and Pennsylvania are 2 of them.--Davidwiz 20:28, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
