Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada

The Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada hears appeals from military courts which are known as "courts martial." These courts martial have the power to try military personnel, and those civilian personnel that accompany military personnel abroad, for crimes that contraviene the Code of Service Discipline.
The Chief Justice of the court is The Honourable Edmond P. Blanchard.
