Under construction as part of the Eastlink project.
It will be built as a four lane (two each way) arterial road (not a freeway) starting at Perry Rd, Keysborough with at grade intersections at Chandler Rd, Hammond Rd and Dandenong-Frankston Rd, a full diamond interchange with Eastlink and an overpass of the Cranbourne rail line, ending at the intersection with South Gippsland Highway.
