David Funsten

David Funston (October 14, 1819 – April 6, 1866) was a Congressman serving the Confederate States of America during the American Civil War.
Funston was born in Clarke County, Virginia. He served in the Virginia state legislature in 1844. He later served in the Confederate States Army and was elected to the First Confederate Congress in a special election. He was then elected to serve in the Second Confederate Congress.
