David Griggs (born February 5, 1967 in Camden, New Jersey, died June 19, 1995 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida) was a linebacker in the National Football League for six seasons. He started in Super Bowl XXIX for the Chargers. Griggs attended the University of Virginia.
He died in 1995 when his speeding car slid off an expressway ramp and slammed into a large sign pole.
