Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
As a demon makes plans for his attempt to kill the Charmed Ones, he receives a visit from Tempus, the Devil's Sorcerer who will turn back time until the demon succeeds in killing all the sisters. Meanwhile, because of the endless time loop, Phoebe has a number of strong cases of déjà vu, and she even sees Andy's death at the hand of a demon.

- Is the first season finale to show the Manor's doors closing magically.

- This is the first episode where multiple sisters die (Prue had died in the earlier The Power of Two episode, to be revived by Andy): Phoebe dies during the first attack, and the second attack sees Prue losing both her sisters, although this doesn't count as time was reset.

- Blooper: The last time time is reset, Piper gets up off the floor after knocking Prue out of the way of the energy ball. Phoebe asks "How is she?," and Piper turns to Phoebe and says "She's out cold." Look at Piper's lips, she only says "She's out," they dubbed in "cold."
- The name of the episode is derived from a quote apparently said by Yogi Berra.
- When Andy is first thrown he flies into the china cabinet but when Prue wakes up Piper says "Andy died after he flew into the grand father clock" when before she told Phoebe it was a china cabinet.
- Rodriguez is the first demon on Charmed to display the power to throw energy balls. This power is not used again until Season 3, by Cole Turner.
- In this episode, Piper's ex-classmate, Joanne Hertz, says her and Piper were in the Class of '92, but later on in the Season 3 episode Coyote Piper, it is seen that Piper was in the Class of '90.
- This is the first hint that Piper can now selectively unfreeze a room; but its not officially shown; when she does it here she flips a towel
- Theories might say that when Phoebe told Piper to unfreeze Joanne she might have meant wait for her to unfreeze.
- Prue magically closes the door with her powers just like in the series premiere. This later becomes a tradition in the show.
