This is a photograph depicting RB Demond Parker of the Oklahoma Sooners at a 1997 game. Parker was a Sophomore at the time of the photograph.

I scanned this image from the 1998 Athlon Sports Big XII Edition. It was taken by Peter Brouillet, a freelance photographer based in San Luis Obispo, CA.

The use of this image is believe to not infringe on the Magazine's or freelance photographer's ability to profit from the magazine/image because is it low resolution, not suitable for print. This image is not replaceable as it depicts the subject of the article in a critical point in their career (that is, when they played college) and the subject no longer plays for the Oklahoma Sooners.
