Denis Godeas (born 27 July 1975 in Cormons, Gorizia) is an Italian football (soccer) striker. He currently plays for A.C. Mantova, on loan from Chievo.

He started his career at U.S. Triestina Calcio. He moved to Udinese Calcio in 1994. He made one appearance for Udinese in Serie B, before he spent his early career at loan to various clubs in Serie C1 (1991-1998) and Serie C2 (1999).

He joined Serie B club Treviso in summer 1999. Having played his second Serie B season, he joined Messina in Serie C1. He helped the team win promotion to Serie B, and played his third Serie B seson for the Sicily club, scoring 15 goals. He was signed by newly promoted Serie A team Como in 2002, but loaned back to Serie B in the second half of season.

He return to his first professional club Triestina for the second time in 2003, this time in Serie B, and played another two and a half Serie B seasons, before being signed by Serie A team Palermo in January 2006. He made 15 Serie A appearances for Palermo, and played 3 games in the international UEFA Cup 2005-06 tournament, scoring one goal against SK Slavia Praha.

He joined Chievo in summer 2006, as a part of a transfer deal involving Amauri. He made just five Serie A appearances for Chievo, and two games in UEFA Cup 2006-07, scoring one goal.

He joined A.C. Mantova of Serie B on loan in January 2007. Godeas is expected to help Mantova to win promotion to Serie A, which, as of round 18, the team standing at 7th place, but just 3 points away from the leader Piacenza and Rimini.
