Donald Moffat (born December 26, 1930) is a Plymouth, Devon, English-born American actor.
He has been in many motion pictures, including several big budget American films, usually in debonair but villainous roles. He has appeared on television in The West Wing and Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. He has also appeared in many Broadway plays, including several stage classics, such as The Cherry Orchard, Much Ado About Nothing, The Iceman Cometh, The Wild Duck, The School for Scandal, and Hamlet.
