Earl Wavell

The title of Earl Wavell (pronounced "Way-vell") was created in the Peerage of the United Kingdom in 1947 for Lord Wavell, the former Viceroy of India. The peerage became extinct upon the death of the second earl in 1953.
The Earls bore the subsidiary titles of Viscount Wavell (1943) and Viscount Keren (1947).
