Erwin Böhme (July 29, 1879 – November 29, 1917) was a German pilot during World War One. He was born in Holzminden and became a flying ace during the war, credited with 24 victories and awarded the Pour le Mérite. Böhme served in Jasta 2 under the command of Oswald Boelcke. During an infantry support mission on October 28, 1916, Böhme's Albatros briefly collided with that of Oswald Boelcke. Böhme survived the accident, but Boelcke was killed. Over a year later, Böhme was killed in action over Zonnebeke while attacking an Armstrong-Whitworth F.K.8 on a photo-reconnaissance mission.
