Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Create an account so that others will recognize you as you contribute.
- Once you are registered, add your name to the new user log to let others know a little about yourself.
- Read the article describing how to edit a page and feel free to experiment in the Sandbox.
- When editing pages, use the preview button before submitting and try to fill in the summary box for every edit.
- Eventually, read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- If you need help, post a question in the Newcomers' Village Pump or ask me on my talk page.
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
Jrdioko
P.S. One last helpful hint. To sign your posts like I did above (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).

[edit] Hi
I know the Batten name has two spellings, but I'm going with the most common one (i.e. Battenburg cake gets over 8,000 google hits, Battenberg cake only 800 odd). But I appreciate your interest. Register! The addicted here (pas moi!) love company. --Mothperson 13:41, 20 May 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Terminal Services
You recently expanded this sentence to include 2k Advanced and Datacenter Servers.
- The products Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Windows 2000 Datacenter Server and Windows Server 2003 have introduced several improvements and new features.
Would you mind expanding on how they improved Terminal Services? Or could you at least point me to source for this information, so I can expand on the article? AlistairMcMillan 19:09, 25 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] == The usual way to link ==
Thank you very much for your contributions!
I noticed your recent edit of Excel Saga and would like to mention a more standard and easier way to use descriptive Wiki links. You can use "[[South america| South American]]" to link to South America yet have the text read "South American".
Thanks again for your contributions and if you have questions you can either refer to the helpful links posted by Jrdioko above or ask me on my talk page. -- That Guy, From That Show! (talk) 08:39, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Leinster Rugby
Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Leinster Rugby. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. --Kwekubo 10:47, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Big Brother link
Hello. Please do not add links to unofficial fan/blog sites, otherwise we'll have a page full of them. The JPS talk to me 12:25, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

Regarding your edits to the article Joe McLaughlin.

[edit] Joe McLaughlin
Regarding your edits to the Joe McLaughlin article, what you did to that article was vandalism. You cannot just delete the contents of an article and them replace them with something completely different. I understand there is a footballer called Joe McLaughlin but the actual article of that name is about an American sports writer. What you need to do is create a new article for the Joe McLaughlin that you are interested in.
To show you how this is done I've created the article for you at Joe McLaughlin (footballer) and inserted into it the text you were placing in the other article. You need to link to this article from Greenock Morton F.C. page, not the other one. Ben W Bell talk 11:46, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] ISO 19114
Do you feel your proposed article should go under "ISO 19114" or the full name you have used on the proposed article page? I have noticed that other ISOs seem to be listed under the number only. Please reply User Talk:Sarah Ewart. Thanks, Sarah Ewart (Talk) 14:40, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- I've created your article here: ISO 19114. Please let me know if there are any problems. Cheers, Sarah Ewart (Talk) 15:03, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Do not vandalize pages.
This is your last warning.

[edit] March 2007
Hi, the recent edit you made to Taliban has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks – Qxz 16:57, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia articles, such as those you made to Devil, even if your ultimate intention is to revert them. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Will (aka Wimt) 17:00, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
