Barry Laden

Barry Laden (born in 1965 in Edgware, north west London, United Kingdom), is an entrepreneur and writer.
He is best known for his creation of The Laden Showroom, the UK's largest showroom and retail space used for the promotion of young fashion designers, based in London's Brick Lane. The Laden Showroom was created in 1999 with his sister Adele, a fashion designer, and has been featured in newspapers, magazines and television across the globe. He also created a fashion brand, "The London Fashion Bus," which toured the UK in 2003-4.
The Laden Showroom was a finalist in the London Evening Standard O2 Inspiration Award for Business, announced 25th January 2007.
As a writer, he is best known for his crime fiction novel, Klarkey's War (East of City Press). He is also a writer of broadcast material on radio and television.
