Fabrosaurids are a group of primitive ornithischian dinosaurs that descended from a Lesothosaurus-like animal. Most fabrosaurids were 1-2 meters long, and were lightly-built and bipedal. Their skulls were triangular and had very large eye sockets. They were herbivorous and probably used agility to escape predators. They first appeared in the Late Triassic, but appear to have gone extinct by the Late Jurassic.
