Fat Weight

Fat weight is simply the weight (usually in Pounds) of fat stored on a given body. Fat weight is another name for the 'weight of the sum total of energy stored as fat on a given body'. Fat weight (often associated with weight loss) can be viewed as a positive or a negative thing depending on a particular being's point of view or referance. Fat weight is measured in pounds, however has been know to have been measured as a simple percentage of the over weight of a given body. Fat Weight can also be related to the figures of the Body Mass Index (or BMI).
