Purpose Hi! My name is Grant, and I live in Canada. (I'm a guy, for those who aren't familiar with the name Grant. =D) I am a newish member to Wikipedia. Previously I was a bit of a lurker, frequently using Wikipedia and never editing. Then I began editing anonymously, and realized I should get a proper account. I speak English natively, and I'm a grammar enthusiast, so I will mainly be proofreading and cleaning up messy articles. I do a bit of vandal fighting using the (in my opinion amazing) program Vandal Fighter. I can be e-mailed by clicking here. I am also creating a simpler version of Wikifun for newer, less experienced users. It is tentatively named WikiQuiz and can be played right here. Enjoy! |

Possible BiasLike all Wikipedians, I am human. (Except for the bots, I guess. Do they count?) I am also still in high school and a new user, so it is pretty likely that I will make some mistakes. I believe in NPOV, but again, I am human. I am focusing right now on copy-editing and clean up, but when I do make edits to articles, bias may slip through, so I am declaring anything that might bias me here:
I'll try not to let any of that slip in to any edits I make, but if it does, I apologize. Feel free to undo it and if you wouldn't mind, leave me a note on my talk page too. Thanks for your help! Note regarding optimism: I only mention it because you can't have encyclopedias saying things like "Global warming is a problem but we're sure it will be better soon. Don't panic."
