Green Meadow Waldorf School

Green Meadow Waldorf School is a Waldorf school located in Chestnut Ridge (near Spring Valley), New York, in Rockland County, near the Hudson River, it consists of parent/child classes, a nursery/kindergarten program, elementary school (1st to 8th grades), and high school (9th through 12th grades), and has approximately 400 students. It is also part of the larger anthroposophical community in Chestnut Ridge, which includes a teachers' college for Waldorf education, Sunbridge College; a Eurythmy school; a community for the aging, the Fellowship Community; and a training center for biodynamic agriculture.
The school was founded in 1950.
It is acclaimed as one of the best waldorf schools in the world
