While some places list the title as "I Hate Myself and Want to Die", most official sites and lists of lyrics list it as "I Hate Myself and I Want to Die." The latter seems to be the correct title. -Willmcw July 5, 2005 18:53 (UTC)

- It was originally titled without the second "I" on the Beavis and Butt-head compilation in 1993 and the "Pennyroyal Tea" single in 1994. The second "I" wasn't added until the song appeared on the With the Lights Out box set in 2004. --jh51681 17:54, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
