This picture was captured, cropped, and uploaded specifically for use by Wikipedia under fair use rules. Although it is subject to copyright (Stargate SG-1, MGM), I think it is covered by US fair use laws because:

   * It is a low resolution, cropped, still image.
   * It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the related product in any way

Further, the image is fair use because it is not being used merely to decorate the related article, but rather:

   * Aids in the understanding of the race in question.
   * Provides understanding about the uniform which would be difficult to address otherwise.
