Jhelum

Jhelum or Jehlum may mean:
- Jhelum River The River runs from north of Pakistan and Joins Indus at Thal an Industrial town, the disputed Kashmir Valley between India and Pakistan acts as the source of this river. The small riverine starting from Anantnag south east of Srinagar (Capital of Kashmir) it passes through Srinagar into Wular Lake, where many other such riverines fall into the lake. At Baramulla the masive Jhelum river emerges from the mouth of Wular lake and at Uri couple of miles West of Baramula Jhelum river enters Pakistan goverened Kashmir. Mangla Dam second largest dam of Pakistan is built on River Jhelum.

- Jhelum District District surrounding the City Jhelum, is generally semi mountainous area, Jhelum is the main city where district cours are also located along with other administrative offices. Some other towns in this district are Dina, Sohawa, Domeli .
