- The name of an Oxbridge college should be written in the format "NN College, UU", that is, the name of the title college, then "College", a comma, and then the university; an example of this is Exeter College, Oxford.
- A fictitious Oxbridge college should also use this format, so Jordan College, Oxford.
- A fictitious college imitating an Oxbridge College should also use this format, so it would apply to any of List of fictional Oxbridge colleges if they got individual articles.
- This extends to the various colleges of Durham, so Collingwood College, Durham.
- This is also to be used for the various London colleges, so King's College, London should be correct (note; at the time this is written it redirects to a removal of the comma).
- This is also to be used for Trinity College, Dublin.
All other UK colleges are unnaffected.
