Paul Zahniser

Paul Vernon Zahniser (September 6, 1896 - September 26, 1964) was a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Washington Senators (1923-24), Boston Red Sox (1925-26) and Cincinnati Reds (1929). Zanhiser batted and threw right handed. He was born in Sac City, Iowa.
In a five-season career, Zahniser posted a 25-47 record with 145 strikeouts and a 4.66 ERA in 618-2/3 innings pitched.
Zahniser died in Klamath Falls, Oregon, at the age of 68.
